A few months back I was spending time with four friends, talking about life and enjoying it.  I was walking back to the group and cut my foot on a pice of metal.  I sat down and said “I have blood on my sandals”  The conversation continued about the lives we live and how we are traveling on a journey and often our feet do bleed.

I started riding my motorcycle more.  I have been on some journeys on the open road.  When I ride I wear boots.  That is how I came up with the name for the site.

I look to the open road, I see all I can ahead of me, but often it is one kilometer at a time.  I continue this journey with “Blood in My Boots”.
